3cGeo staff includes a former Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) who can
assist you in understanding the implications of floodplain regulations in your
community. Mr. Shirley served as the chairman of the Texas Colorado River
Floodplain Coalition (TCRFC) and can provide expert consulting in policy and
floodplain management techniques.

3cGeo staff has supported many floodplain mapping and modeling efforts
with geographic information system (GIS) and geospatial technology to
provide digital data for floodplain modeling.
